Absolutely! Just send us a picture of your wall and we will apply the decal of your choice on it. It's always easier to commit to buy when you know what you are actually buying!
With your order, you will receive a step-by-step instruction on "how to install your new wall decal".

We accept PAYPAL and CREDIT CARDS (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

We chose to use PayPal because of the security and safety PayPal is known for. Therefore, you can either pay with your credit card or your Paypal account.
It all depends on where you live and which shipping option you choose (regular or express).  

I ship within 3-5 business days through Canada Post and once your package is shipped, you are automatically notified by email with a tracking number.
To calculate your shipping cost, simply click "add to bag" when looking at a decal and then, under the checkout total, click "change" under "shipping shown for".

Please note that the carrier we use is Canada Post.
Generally speaking, we cannot accept returns and exchanges since every order is personalized. Although, if your decal arrives damaged (or never arrives at all), please contact us to see how we can solve the situation.

Once you place an order with Voilà, you can expect to receive a blue mailing tube in your mailbox. It will contain:
- The decal
- Instructions "How to install"
- A copy of your receipt


*Please note that the decal comes in separate pieces that need to be assembled on your wall.

The vinyl we use is a high quality matte product. This material adheres well on a wall but can also be removed easily. This makes all of our designs removable.

Please, note that removable doesn't mean reusable. Once the decal is removed from a wall, it would be very hard to reapply somewhere else.
